Once the sale is successfully completed, we cannot refund or cancel the order. All orders are immediately forwarded to the warehouse, and they are not editable except shipping address, correct phone number, or an email address.

The money exchange period (refund period) lasts for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. The replacement period will occur after 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an electronic device on the PMU Professional online store, you are eligible for 30-day refund period, if more than 30 days have elapsed from the date of purchase, the only possibility is replacing the product with a new one during the warranty period (“replacement period”).

You may return most new, unopened products for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PIGMENTS/PRODUCTS NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND COVID-19:For safety reasons no returns are allowed for international orders due to Covid-19.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 business days for US orders and 15 business days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are able to reship. Be please sure to double check your address before check out to avoid packages being sent back to us.
